Citycare is the company that is delivering the national NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) programme for NHS Hull, the city's primary care trust, and the population of Hull.
It is the public private partnership which is responsible for property development, design, construction, maintenance and estates management services delivering over £100m worth of investment over a 25 year period.
Citycare delivers health and social care estates solutions across Hull and the surrounding area, transforming facilities for the benefit of patients and staff, and contributing positively to the areas we invest in.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our facilities, and the care we put into maintaining them. We work with local communities in the development of each facility, and we are committed to maximising the benefit of our investment by employing local people and by sourcing as many goods and services locally as possible.
We are also working closely with our supply chain and clients to ensure that all of our facilities respect their environment and are operated in a sustainable way.
