What We Do
We invest in, advise on, build and manage health, social care and community facilities.
We work in lots of different environments. As well as building fantastic new facilities, we deliver and maintain GP surgeries, dental accommodation, pharmacies, outpatient facilities, rehabilitation space, minor surgery rooms, mental health facilities, residential care facilities, office space, public health access points/shops, general purpose community rooms and cafe facilities.
We also manage buildings that we don’t own on behalf of our clients. In doing so, we help them to maximise space and we minimise the costs associated with maintaining the facilities to help their budgets stretch even further.
Our business model is very straightforward. We look at your challenges, we propose cost-effective solutions and we deliver them in a seamless way that we know will exceed your expectations. And what we do travels well. Location is not a problem. We have a well established and proactive supply chain that, can deliver projects of all sizes, anywhere.
One of our unique selling points is that we understand the challenges of maintaining and improving buildings because our team has been doing this kind of work for years. We find and deliver solutions to age-old problems, that absorb time and money, enabling our clients to focus on delivering the things that they are good at in the safe knowledge that their facilities are in safe hands.
