The new 1,636 square metre development houses a relocated GP practice and other associated health services, as part of NHS Hull's plans to provide health care closer to home. Services provided at the centre include:

• GPs
• New training facilities are also included in the building to support the Hull York Medical School and the training of the next generation of Hull’s GPs
• Access to respiratory teams and services for older people
• An ambulance standby point
